Seize the Day!

I heard about Project Carpe Diem today because the NGO I’m interning with (Rainforest Partnership) is featured on their website!

They write about our eco-tourist initiative in Sani Isla, Ecuador. Check it out!

The guys behind the website are Alfred Runow and Martin Edstrom, who find global projects and write about the way they are changing our world. Currently they feature two of our projects, the one in Sani Isla and our project in Chipaota where we helped a village by teaching them how to sustainably harvest their piasaba palm fiber. Their new project is surveying the global coffee industry into 2011…you will have to check back on their results.
